📦 CORPORATE LOGISTICS

  • Tax-Exempt Ready: We accept tax-exempt certificates to streamline your accounting.
  • Indoor Only: Designed for professional indoor venues.
  • Additional Hours: Standard rate of $150/hr.


Please Note: 

Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% will be applied – unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The deposit is refundable based on cancellation timing or deposit can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – Pending availability.

Deposit will be used to apply to your balance due; due and payable no later than 21 DAYS before your event.


**Holiday Surcharges will apply to all US Holidays.

** Outdoor surcharges apply to any event held outside of 4 connecting walls and a ceiling.

 

If cancellation occurs and you DO NOT reschedule: 

Cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your event date, 50% deposit refundable. 

Cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your event date, no refund of deposit will be honored. 

To book a future event, a new deposit / booking and contract is required.  


Cancellation with reschedule must be done 31 days or more before your date to be able to use the already submitted deposit toward a new date. (Pending date availablility).

  • Established Venues Only: (No private residences).
  • Tax-Exempt Ready: Valid certificates accepted to remove Texas Sales Tax.
  • Additional Hours: Available at our corporate rate of $200/hr.
