It’s the ultimate entertainment package for those who want their event to go viral.

- Wireless Microphone: Available for all your announcements, toasts, and shout-outs.
- Full Setup & Breakdown: We handle the heavy lifting; your 4 hours are pure performance time.

- Immersive Video Platform: Accommodates 1–3 guests for dynamic, revolving slow-motion clips.
- 360-Specialist: A dedicated attendant to guide guests and ensure a safe, fun experience.
- Custom Video Overlay: Every video is branded with your event name, date, or custom theme.
- Instant Digital Sharing: Guests can send their videos to their phones immediately via text, email and AirDrop.
- Safety First: Includes professional studio lighting and safety stanchions to create a secure "strike zone" for the camera arm.
📦 LOGISTICS & POLICIES
- Indoor Only: To protect the precision equipment, this bundle cannot be booked outdoors.
- Space Requirement: A minimum 10’ x 10’ level area is required for the 360 booth setup.
- Booking Detail: A deposit is required to reserve the date. Balance is due 21 days prior to the event.
- Additional Hours: Available at our standard 2026 rate of $150/hr.

Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% will be applied.
Free Travel up to 25 miles from Downtown Houston - $1.00/mile thereafter
Retainer & Payment: If the event is 21 or less days away, FULL payment is due at booking. If the event date is more than 21 days away, a $150 retainer (applied to balance) is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The retainer is nonrefundable and in the event of cancellation, can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – pending availability. See contract details for refunds in the case of cancellation.
- Balance is due and payable 21 DAYS before your event date. If the balance is not collected 21 days before the event, this may result in a cancelled contract with no notice and will not honor the deposit for a future date. Please communicate thoroughly.
**Holiday Surcharges will apply to all US Holidays.
**Outdoor surcharges apply to any event held outside of 4 connecting walls and a ceiling.
