📦 LOGISTICS & POLICIES
- Exclusions: This experience is designed for private graduation parties. For school-sponsored dances or "Project Prom," please see our School Functions package.
- Weather Policy: No outdoor bookings between July & September that begin before 5 PM.
- Indoor Rule: Outdoor events (outside 4 connecting walls and a ceiling) are subject to an outdoor surcharge.
- Booking Detail: A 50% deposit is required. Balance is due 21 days prior to the event.
- Additional Hours: Available at our standard 2026 rate of $150/hr.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
- Digital Only: This package is designed for social sharing. Physical printing can be added as an upgrade at checkout!
- Connectivity: Client must provide strong, uninterrupted WiFi for instant digital sharing.
Please Note:
Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% will be applied.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The deposit is refundable based on timing or deposit can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – Pending availability.
- Deposit will be used to apply to your balance due; due and payable no later than 21 DAYS before your event.
If cancellation occurs and you DO NOT reschedule:
- Cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your event date, 50% refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your event date, no refund will be honored.
- To book a future event, a new deposit / booking and contract is required.
**Holiday Surcharges will apply to all US Holidays.
** Outdoor surcharges apply to any event held outside of 4 connecting walls and a ceiling.
