⚠️ THE IMPORTANT STUFF (Policies)

• Exclusions: This promotional bundle is designed for private social events only. It is not applicable for Weddings, Corporate, or School functions.
• Booth Style: The included booth is an unattended digital kiosk (no printing, backdrop, or props).
• Weather Policy: To protect our gear, no outdoor bookings between July & September that begin before 5 PM.
• Connectivity: Strong, uninterrupted WiFi is required at the venue for instant photo sharing.

Please Note: 

• A $150 non refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The deposit is refundable based on timing or deposit can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – Pending availability.
• Deposit will be used to apply to your balance due; due and payable no later than 21 DAYS before your event.

If cancellation occurs: 

• More than 30 days before your event date, 50% refundable. 
• Less than 30 days before your event date, no refund will be honored. 
• To book a future event, a new deposit / booking and contract is required.  

If cancellation occurs and you DO NOT reschedule: 

• Cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your event date, 50% refundable. 
• Cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your event date, no refund will be honored. 
• To book a future event, a new deposit / booking and contract is required.  

**Holiday Surcharges will apply to all US Holidays.

** Outdoor surcharges apply to any event held outside of 4 connecting walls and a ceiling.
