We handle your Ceremony audio, your Cocktail Hour vibe, and a high-octane Reception—complete with a professional Print Photo Booth to capture every memory.


🎧 THE MUSIC & MC EXPERIENCE

  • 6 Hours of Continuous Coverage: From your Ceremony processional to the last dance.
  • Multi-Location Sound: Separate professional sound systems for your Ceremony and Reception areas to ensure a flawless transition.
  • Ceremony Audio: Includes wireless microphones for the Officiant and the couple—ensuring every vow is heard.
  • Reception Coordination: Professional MC services to manage your Grand Entrance, First Dances, Cake Cutting, and Toasts.


📸 THE PRINT BOOTH EXPERIENCE

  • Full Reception Booth: Our Keepsake Pro Print booth is included for the entire duration of your reception.
  • On-Site Booth Team: Includes a professional Lead Attendant and a dedicated Assistant to ensure a smooth flow and assist guests with printing, props, and sharing.
  • Instant Printing: Guests receive physical 2x6 photo strips on-site (1 print per person in the photo!). Upgrade available for 4x6 prints.
  • Fun & Style: Includes a choice of 1 professional backdrop, a curated prop kit, and a custom photo output template.
  • The Digital Suite: Still photos, GIFs, and Boomerangs with instant sharing via text, email or AirDrop.
  • Online Gallery: A complete digital gallery of all captures delivered within 24 hours.


📦 LOGISTICS & POLICIES

  • Professional Team: Includes a dedicated DJ/MC and a separate Photo Booth Attendant.
  • Setup/Breakdown: We arrive early to set up both locations; this time is never deducted from your 6 performance hours.
  • Indoor Venue Rule: Designed for established indoor venues (outdoor ceremonies are permitted; however, full outdoor events incur a surcharge).
  • Booking Policy: A $500 deposit is required. Balance is due 21 days prior to the event. (Please review our full cancellation policy in the contract).
  • Additional Hours: Available at our standard 2026 rate of $150/hr.

Please Note: 

Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% will be applied.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The deposit is refundable based on timing or deposit can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – Pending availability.

  • Deposit will be used to apply to your balance due; due and payable no later than 21 DAYS before your event.

If cancellation occurs and you DO NOT reschedule: 

  • Cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your event date, 50% refundable. 
  • Cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your event date, no refund will be honored. 
  • To book a future event, a new deposit / booking and contract is required.  


**Holiday Surcharges will apply to all US Holidays.

** Outdoor surcharges apply to any event held outside of 4 connecting walls and a ceiling.

Ceremony can be outdoors but if the entire event (ceremony and reception) is outdoors; meaning outside of 4 connecting walls, there is a outdoor surcharge.

Nearby power sources are mandatory (we'll bring extension cords if needed).
