Wedding Reception – Music & Celebration - Designed for those events with less strict formalities and focuses on the celebration. Your reception is where the memories happen! Our Wedding Reception package is designed for couples who want a high-energy, professional celebration without the complexity of a full-day production. We handle the music, the flow, and the "vibe," so you can focus on your guests.

🎧 WHAT’S INCLUDED

• 5 Hours of Professional Wedding DJ/MC: From your Grand Entrance to the final song of the night.
• Reception Coordination: We manage your timeline, including First Dances, Cake Cutting, Toasts, and Games.
• Professional Sound & Lighting: High-definition audio and dance floor lighting to set the mood.
• Wireless Microphone: For those heartfelt toasts and announcements.
• Dedicated Planning: Includes a details meeting (Zoom/FaceTime/In-Person) to ensure every song and name is perfect.

🎼 THE PLAYLIST We specialize in creating a mix that appeals to every generation. From the classics your parents love to the latest hits that keep your friends on the floor, the music is entirely tailored to your specifications.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

• Reception Only: This package covers the reception portion of your day and does not include Ceremony sound or music.
• Setup/Breakdown: Professional setup and breakdown are always included and do not count toward your 5 hours.
• Additional Hours: Need to keep the party going? Extra hours are available at $150/hr.
• No Outdoor Bookings between July & September that begin before 5 PM.

Please Note: 

• A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The retainer is refundable based on timing or deposit can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – Pending availability.
• Deposit will be used to apply to your balance due; due and payable no later than 21 DAYS before your event.

If cancellation occurs and you DO NOT reschedule: 

• Cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your event date, 50% refundable. 
• Cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your event date, no refund will be honored. 
• To book a future event, a new deposit / booking and contract is required.  

**Holiday Surcharges will apply to all US Holidays.

** Outdoor surcharges apply to any event held outside of 4 connecting walls and a ceiling.
