Please Note: 

• Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% will be applied.
• Deposit & Payment: If the event is 21 or less days away, FULL payment is due at booking. If the event date is more than 21 days away, a $150 deposit is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The deposit is nonrefundable and in the event of cancellation, can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – pending availability. See contract details for refunds in the case of cancellation.
• Balance is due and payable 21 DAYS before your event date. If the balance is not collected 21 days before the event, this may result in a cancelled contract with no notice and will not honor the deposit for a future date. Please communicate thoroughly.

• After we gather all of your event details, we'll customize a portal according to theme.
• We create up to 3 photo templates for guest choice
• We’ll provide a custom link and/or a QR Code (good for 24 hours) to share with your invitees for the day of your event.
• A popular idea when you are having a hybrid event (online and in person event) is to print out the QR code and set them on guests tables or display on the walls of the venue.
• Share the link / QR Code with invitees who are unable to attend.
• OR this could be used for a 100% virtual event.
• Your guests will click the link, choose their overlay/background and snap their photos.
• Guests can instantly share their output and are also saved to your personal live gallery.

Virtual Booth is completely versatile and customizable to the theme of the event; including logos and wording of your own on the photo templates.

When do I see the photos?

This package does not come with printing and is completely virtual.

You will be able to see captures immediately when you take the photos.

Email them to yourself, download to your device.

Background removal available as an add on and will come with up to 3 different backgrounds to choose from.

Virtual Booth Stickers and masks to make the virtual photos fun.

You can also get sharing stats and analytical data downloaded to you after the event.
