• Customized Playlist: You tell us what you love (and what you don't), and we curate the perfect setlist from our massive music library.
• Hassle-Free Logistics: Professional setup and breakdown are always included.

🎼 OUR MUSIC LIBRARY We play it all! From Oldies and Motown to R&B, Top 40, Hip Hop, Latin, and International favorites. If your guests want to dance to it, we have it.

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES

• Exclusions: This package is for private social events only. It is not applicable for Weddings, Corporate events, or School functions.
• Weather Policy: To protect our equipment, no outdoor bookings between July & September that begin before 5 PM. Outdoor events must provide enough shelter from outdoor elements. (See contract for details).
• Additional Hours: Need more time? Extra hours are available at our standard rate.

Please Note: 

A $150 deposit is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The deposit is nonrefundable and in the event of cancellation, can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – pending availability.

Balance is due and payable 21 DAYS before your event date. If the balance is not collected 21 days before the event, this may result in a cancelled contract with no notice.

If cancellation occurs and you DO NOT plan on rescheduling:

·        Initial deposit is nonrefundable 100%.

·        Any monies paid after the deposit requirement can be refunded.

**Holiday Surcharges will apply to all US Holidays.

**Outdoor surcharges apply to any event held outside of 4 connecting walls and a ceiling.

Wedding Reception – Music & Celebration - Designed for those events with less strict formalities and focuses on the celebration. Your reception is where the memories happen! Our Wedding Reception package is designed for couples who want a high-energy, professional celebration without the complexity of a full-day production. We handle the music, the flow, and the "vibe," so you can focus on your guests.

• 5 Hours of Professional Wedding DJ/MC: From your Grand Entrance to the final song of the night.
• Reception Coordination: We manage your timeline, including First Dances, Cake Cutting, Toasts, and Games.
• Professional Sound & Lighting: High-definition audio and dance floor lighting to set the mood.
• Wireless Microphone: For those heartfelt toasts and announcements.
• Dedicated Planning: Includes a details meeting (Zoom/FaceTime/In-Person) to ensure every song and name is perfect.

🎼 THE PLAYLIST We specialize in creating a mix that appeals to every generation. From the classics your parents love to the latest hits that keep your friends on the floor, the music is entirely tailored to your specifications.

• Reception Only: This package covers the reception portion of your day and does not include Ceremony sound or music.
• Setup/Breakdown: Professional setup and breakdown are always included and do not count toward your 5 hours.
• Additional Hours: Need to keep the party going? Extra hours are available at $150/hr.
• No Outdoor Bookings between July & September that begin before 5 PM.

• A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The retainer is refundable based on timing or deposit can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – Pending availability.
• Deposit will be used to apply to your balance due; due and payable no later than 21 DAYS before your event.

If cancellation occurs and you DO NOT reschedule: 

• Cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your event date, 50% refundable. 
• Cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your event date, no refund will be honored. 
• To book a future event, a new deposit / booking and contract is required.

Full Wedding DJ Services – The Complete Soundtrack From the moment your first guest arrives at the ceremony to the final song of your reception, we provide a seamless, professional audio experience. This package is designed for couples who want expert music curation and master-of-ceremony services for their entire wedding day.

• 6 Hours of Continuous Service: Covers your Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception.
• Professional Wedding DJ/MC: From your walk down the isle to the Grand Entrance all the way to the final song of the night.
• Dual-Location Audio: Two separate professional sound systems (one for the ceremony site and one for the reception) to ensure a smooth transition with no "dead air."
• Ceremony Perfection: Includes a wireless microphone for the Officiant and a handheld microphone for any readings or vows.
• Expert MC Service: We handle all wedding formalities, grand entrances, and timeline management.

School Functions – Professional Student Entertainment From pep rallies and field days to proms and formals, we specialize in high-energy, student-focused entertainment. Our goal is to provide a fun, "club-vibe" atmosphere while maintaining the utmost professionalism and integrity that school administrators expect. We keep the music clean, the energy high, and the dance floor packed!

🎧 WHAT’S INCLUDED

• 5 Hours of Professional DJ/MC Service: Expertly curated sets featuring "Radio-Edit" (clean) versions of all the latest hits.
• Pro Sound System: High-output audio designed to fill gyms, cafeterias, or outdoor courtyards.
• Intelligent Party Lighting: Upgraded dance floor lighting effects to transform any school space into a celebration.
• Wireless Microphones: Available for principal announcements, student council introductions, or award ceremonies.
• Customized Music Programming: We work with your student committee to ensure the playlist hits exactly right for your specific student body.

📦 LOGISTICS & POLICIES

• Exclusions: This package is reserved strictly for officially sanctioned school events (K-12 and University).
• Weather Policy: No outdoor bookings between July & September that begin before 5 PM.
• Indoor/Outdoor Rule: Events held outside of four connecting walls and a ceiling are subject to an outdoor surcharge.
• Booking Detail: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. Balance is due 21 days prior to the event.
• Additional Hours: Available at our standard rate of $150/hr.

💰 TAX & LEGAL

• Tax Exemptions: Texas Sales Tax (8.25%) applies to all bookings. If your organization is tax-exempt, a valid Tax Exempt Certificate must be submitted prior to final payment to remove this charge.
• Professional Standards: We carry full liability insurance and use only edited, school-appropriate music tracks.
