Please Note: 

• Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% will be applied.
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The deposit is refundable based on timing or deposit can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – Pending availability.
• Deposit will be used to apply to your balance due; due and payable no later than 21 DAYS before your event.

If cancellation occurs and you DO NOT reschedule: 

• Cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your event date, 50% refundable. 
• Cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your event date, no refund will be honored. 
• To book a future event, a new deposit / booking and contract is required.  

**Holiday Surcharges will apply to all US Holidays.

** Outdoor surcharges apply to any event held outside of 4 connecting walls and a ceiling.

• Online Gallery of all pictures taken (provided next day).
• Unlimited photo sessions during service hours
• Text/Email sharing of photos immediately
• This package DOES NOT include printing. Can purchase the add on for printing before checkout
