⚠️ THE IMPORTANT STUFF (Policies)

  • Exclusions: This promotional bundle is designed for private social events only. It is not applicable for Weddings, Corporate, or School functions.
  • Booth Style: The included booth is an unattended digital kiosk (no printing, backdrop, or props).
  • Weather Policy: To protect our gear, no outdoor bookings between July & September that begin before 5 PM.
  • Connectivity: Strong, uninterrupted WiFi is required at the venue for instant photo sharing.

  • Exclusions: This experience is designed for private graduation parties. For school-sponsored dances or "Project Prom," please see our School Functions package.
  • Weather Policy: No outdoor bookings between July & September that begin before 5 PM.
  • Indoor Rule: Outdoor events (outside 4 connecting walls and a ceiling) are subject to an outdoor surcharge.
  • Booking Detail: A 50% deposit is required. Balance is due 21 days prior to the event.
  • Additional Hours: Available at our standard 2026 rate of $150/hr.

This "Best of Both Worlds" combo pairs our high-energy 360 Video Experience with a self-serve Social Booth. While one group is filming cinematic slow-motion videos, another can be snapping digital photos and GIFs. It’s the perfect way to maximize engagement and ensure every guest gets their "main character" moment.

  • Space Requirements: A minimum 10’ x 15’ level area is required to safely operate both booths simultaneously.
  • Self-Serve Social: Please note the Social Booth is a digital-only kiosk and does not include an attendant, backdrop, or props (the 360 arm needs clear space!).
  • Booking Detail: A deposit is required to reserve the date. Balance is due 21 days prior to the event.
  • Additional Hours: Available at our standard rate of $125/hr.

Free Travel up to 25 miles from Downtown Houston - $1.00/mile thereafter

Retainer & Payment: If the event is 21 or less days away, FULL payment is due at booking. If the event date is more than 21 days away, a $150 retainer (applied to balance) is required to reserve your date and remove it from public selection. The retainer is nonrefundable and in the event of cancellation, can be used on a future date within 1 year of cancellation – pending availability.   • Balance is due and payable 21 DAYS before your event date. If the balance is not collected 21 days before the event, this may result in a cancelled contract with no notice and will not honor the deposit for a future date. Please communicate thoroughly.

The All-Inclusive Wedding – The Ultimate Celebration Bundle The "All-Inclusive" is our premier wedding choice for couples who want a seamless, high-energy celebration from the first guest's arrival to the final song of the night. We handle your Ceremony audio, your Cocktail Hour vibe, and a high-octane Reception—complete with a professional Print Photo Booth to capture every memory.

  • 6 Hours of Continuous Coverage: From your Ceremony processional to the last dance.

  • Indoor Venue Rule: Designed for established indoor venues (outdoor ceremonies are permitted; however, full outdoor events incur a surcharge).

Ceremony can be outdoors but if the entire event (ceremony and reception) is outdoors; meaning outside of 4 connecting walls, there is a outdoor surcharge.
